Free Trial Period
We offer a free trial period that allows you to fully evaluate Boswell before any payment is required. During this trial period, you can:
- Test all features and functionality
- Determine if the service meets your organization’s needs
- Cancel at any time without any charges
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with Boswell after your free trial ends and you begin a paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment.
To request a refund, contact our support team at support@boswell.app within 14 days of your initial payment. We will process your refund and you will receive your money back according to your payment method’s processing times.
After 14 Days
After the 14-day refund period, subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting our support team at support@boswell.app. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access to Boswell until the end of your current billing period
- No refund will be issued for the remaining time in your current billing period
- Your subscription will not automatically renew
